- The items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, including the return address.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt inside the package.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process
